i wish retail therapy was covered by health insurance.
Self-care is talked about all the freaking time when it comes to mental health. Some of the things that come to mind is taking long hot baths or spending $20 on a new lush face mask (this is my all-time favorite). Personally, baths are the bomb and I could live in there if I had unlimited hot water and YouTube, but I understand that self-care looks different for everyone.
I know this sounds kind of lame, but there is seriously nothing like getting pumped up to listening to a bunch of bad ass girls who know exactly who they are and what they're about.
There are a thousand and one ways to treat yoself, and what works for me may not work for you. The most important part though is to find something that does. The point of self-care (in my humblest of opinions) is based around the idea that you are stuck with you.
